Our building is open to all. We do offer many solutions that work well for all renters! 

We may require a guarantor if you do not meet our apartments rental criteria. Please contact our leasing office for more info on all of our rental requirements.

Yes! we would require international renters not possessing a SS to have a guarantor that does possess a SS or require you to be guarantored by our 3rd party guarantor provider. For more info on this please contact our leasing office.

We can offer a flexible range of lease terms. Contact our leasing office and they can share our current options and availabilities in terms of lease options.

Yes, 44 Courtlandt offers best in class apartment security protocol. including constantly monitoring security cameras, underground protected parking, access control entry and 24/7 on site staff. 

Each unit comes with an in unit washer / dryer as well as brand new GE appliances.

Rent includes use of the common space and gym. All utilities are separate. 

Yes, our building has an undercover private garage exclusive too tenants. Electric vehicle spots are also available as well. A parking spot in the underground garage is $200/mo

For all maintenance requests you can fill out a maintenance service request on your Tennant portal. For all immediate or emergency requests you can call 1-609-874-8539.
